Janette Chester

Having begun her career as an Executive Assistant, Janette has a wealth of experience across all sectors, having sourced, recruited and managed more than 250 Executive Assistants over a period of 15 years with McKinsey & Company. Working with Executive Assistants at all levels, both in the UK and off-shore, her flair, charisma and easy manner have allowed her a deep-rooted understanding of the relationship between senior professionals and their support teams

Simon Bartolo

Simon is an entrepreneur with broad experience across the charitable, public and private sectors. He started out in recruitment coming full-circle as a founding partner of Chester & Aldgate; but he is best known for his more recent work as director and MD of two of the UK's leading software houses. His business acumen is perfectly coupled to Janette's experience and their personal and personable approach to their clients is matched only by their high standards of service
